The California Consumer Privacy Act gives residents of California the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information. Other states, such as Nevada, have similar laws in place.

Stoen Fruit, a brand of Kiva Confections, takes your privacy seriously. We do not believe we sell your personal information for money as defined by California law. However, we support privacy laws enacted by state governments by allowing you to opt out of any future sale or sharing of your personal information.
