This disclosure is made in accordance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657). Stoen Fruit, a brand of Kiva Confections, is committed to conducting business ethically and to working against slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains.

Verification

We work to evaluate and address risks of human trafficking and slavery within our product supply chains.

Supplier Standards

We expect our suppliers to comply with applicable laws, including those prohibiting forced labor and human trafficking, and to uphold the standards reflected in our supplier expectations.

Accountability and Training

We maintain internal accountability standards for employees and contractors and seek to provide relevant personnel with guidance on identifying and mitigating risks of human trafficking and slavery.
